Hp photosmart 7760 printer reads ';print cartridge cradle is stuck. Clear jam then press OK'; What do I do?

The commonest problem that I see, is ink cartidges that are not correctly seated in their sockets... or the clip holding them in place isn't fully closed.

Maybe there is something stuck in the place of where the cartridge cradle(where the cartridge is placed on) remove it to use your printer again...
