turn your printer on and off
try to do that manually first but dont b hard on the printer
The tip about turning it off and back on can actually work sometimes because it resets the cradle. I usually unplug the device instead becaue some still have power even when turned off. If this doesn';t help and with repair prices as they are you should look for one a little newer on sale.
dont call any body to troble shoot apply small amount of greasse the silverl clored bar im sure it will work.





turn off and unplug every thing b4 doing it use small brussh to do it ,. thath shoud do I have a hp630 that has been stuck also because the bar has been dreid down.
