Almost all printers have different capacity cartridges. Check out the manufacturers web site. Look up the model you are interested in, and check out the specifications. If the capacity is not provided there, look in the supplies section for replacment print cartridges, and the capacity will be provided there. For consistent comparisons, make sure the capacity references as per ISO standard. This is an industry standard for specifying print cartridge capacity, using an average page coverage. For monochrome (black %26amp; white) the standard is for a 5% area coverage. That's about equivalent to a short letter on letter size paper. To determine the cost per page, divide the print cartridge price by the total capacity. Typically, the cheaper the printer, the lower the capacity of the print cartridge, and the more expensive the cost per page is.
Oh yeah...one more thing. Some manufacturers ship the printer with a ';starter cartridge';. This starter cartridge has less capacity than replacment cartridges. How many pages does a standard printer cartridge print?
It depends on what you're printing. If you're printing heavy color pages, not as many as if you're printing sparse black and white copy.
if youre using a ink cartridges , propably the print output will 100 copies for b/w text with small % of colors on it, then the black cartridge will run out
If your printing text documents, then it will print around 500 times.
