How can i get my print cartridge screen up? the one that tells u how much ink you have left?

Open any MS-Office document (like Word, Excel etc.). Then go to File %26gt; Print %26gt; Properties %26gt; Services (Tab) %26gt; Service this device %26gt; Estimated Ink Level (Tab). They can be misleading though, I put up a new black cartridge about 10 days ago and the black ink level is still 0.How can i get my print cartridge screen up? the one that tells u how much ink you have left?
Print something off, and it should be right there, showing the icons showing the amount left.How can i get my print cartridge screen up? the one that tells u how much ink you have left?
What printer do you have... not all printers have this feature. The older ones typically are not able to tell how much ink is left.
