my documents are not printing, because it says there is a problem with my ink cartridge. I tried pulling them and and putting them back in, whats the problem?

If they are, for sure, the right cart. for the printer then you may need to clean the housing with a damp Q-tip. That's the seat face in the carriage that holds the cartridge. See your book for this simple job. Most of my probs have been because of that.Print cartridge problem?
