I had the error message ';The Tri-color print cartridge inserted now is not intended for use in this printer '; on myHP 2355. I found the instructions to install the update from HP which I did after buying a replacement cartridge. It is working OK for now. Where do I call or contact to get a refund for the cartridge I had to remove? It was a full cartridge %26amp; has a 2007 date on it. ThanksHP PSC 2355 print cartridge error?
