Print cartridge empty? Gadget that resets it??

I saw recently a small gadget that when your computer ink cartridge tells you it's empty (when most of the time it may not be) this little gadget resets it and you get more life out of your ink cartridge, but I can't remember where I saw it, or where to buy it. Does anyone know of this please?Print cartridge empty? Gadget that resets it??
It's called a 'chip resetter'.

Lexmark sell a refilling kit and chip resetters on their website, but only for Lexmark printers.

Try the website for whoever makes your printer.Print cartridge empty? Gadget that resets it??
You can google for it but any local PC shop usually keep them in stock near their own ink cartridge refill kits.

Make sure you get the correct model for your make of printer - check the compatibility chart on the side.
this depends on the make of your printer, it does not work with every printer out there.
google it
