My Brother printer wont print black & cartridge has been replaced?

it,cleaned several times,still not printing any black on the check listMy Brother printer wont print black %26amp; cartridge has been replaced?
1. So when you print out the text page, the ';text'; part does not print out?





2. If you have cleaned the cartridge and can't print the test page (even after removing and re-installing the drivers) or if you are printing from the printer itself (it's own test). It may be something with the printer.





3. Does it have ';ink lines'; that run from the cartridge to the printer head (I had a Epson that did this), those lines might be clogged.





You may just need to take it in for repair if it is out of warranty. If it is still in warranty, contact Brother.
