HP PSC 1315 All In One :- Black print cartridge installed incorrectly....Plz Help Me !! ?

I 've been having this problem recently ... My Hp psc 1315 shows an on screen message that the black print cartridge is installed incorrectly. I can take printouts but i am not able to use the scanner for taking out copies... i've tried changing the cartridges with new ones ..but no luck...I have also cleaned my printer head .. PLEASE HELP .

Have somebody else put the printer cartridge in, sounds stupid, but maybe it's just not snapped into place correctly. If that is the case, you can do it over and over, and if you happen to be missing a step, or not doing it quite right, you'll keep making the same mistake over and over again. Aside from that, maybe uninstall and reinstall the whole unit, software and all. Your print head could be faulty,or covered in ink, and unable to make contact with your cartridge.


You may have to take it in and have an expert look at it.
