have you done an alignment test on the coppier? also look to see if you have items pending for the printer and clear them.click on the bottom tool bar on you screen and have a look,Print Cartridge has been changed. Started printing rubbish type of letters and does it sheet after sheet. Help
it appears the manufacturer of your printer have fitted a micro-chip which will cause your machine to malfunction after a certain time. this makes you go out and buy a new one. they never make things to last or you wont need to go out and buy new ones which means less sales and revenue for the manufacturer's.
remove from active printer, uninstall drivers

restart machine, reinstall drivers when prompted.
clean out your printer manager by right clinking on the little printer icon on your taskbar. Cancel all jobs and restart the computer. It would not hurt to unplug the printer and plug it back in as your computer restarts.
Take out the papers in the tray. Cancel whether show on your screen. Let it do printhead cleaning itself then restart printing.
Is it printing a ton of little dashes and lines? That is just a test print that happens after you change the ink cartridge. It should not print for more than one page though.
Try to re-install your software
